Can you believe one of my most frequently asked questions is, “where do you get your cute crochet tags.” I’ve shared many times before, but I thought putting the information and links in one place, would be helpful for you.
Do you want your crochet and knit pieces to really stand out? Adding crochet tags to your project is something that not only finishes off the piece and looks really cute, but if you go a step further to create a custom tag, it also allows you to promote your brand. Branding is an important part in getting your business name out there. Even if you aren’t a seller, it’s always fun to add a special touch to your handmade pieces.
I purchase custom tags (with my business logo), as well as pre-made, seasonal designs. I’ve used a few different companies over the past years, which I’ll share below. The wooden, sew on style tags, were the first style I used, before moving to a Ultrasuede tag, that’s attached with a Chicago Screw.

Grain Deep
The first crochet tag, I purchased years ago, was from Grain Deep on Etsy. These are a wooden, sew on style tag, that have my logo laser engraved on them.
I get the custom tags, size .5×1 inch, in the color Cherry. I sent my logo to them, and had them custom engraved.
Grain Deep has several laser engraved, faux leather, and suede designs to choose from. As well as, seasonal and pre-designed tags. They are based in Canada, but I find them to have very quick, affordable shipping to the USA.

Angie and Britt
I switched to screw on, Ultraseude tags from Angie and Britt, a few years later. I get the Chicago Skinny style in the color Camel, and sent them my custom logo to be laser engraved.
The suede tags are attached with Chicago Screws, which I purchase on Amazon. I get the 5x10mm in the color Bronze. You can purchase the screws from Angie and Britt directly, but I find it easier to buy them in bulk on Amazon.
Angie and Britt also have wooden tags, seasonal and pre-designed tags (such as leaves and stems for pumpkins), as well as some other fun notions and yarn. The have some really cool buttons, that aid in attaching pom poms, to your crochet and knit hats. They are based in the USA, have their own website, and have always been great to work with.

Savlabot
For my seasonal crochet tags, I use Savlabot on Etsy. Savlabot is somewhat new to me. I started off with her cute Christmas tags, and received such a great response, that I’ve since purchased Valentine’s Day tags, and she was sweet enough to recently gift me some Spring and Fall themed tags!
Savlabot uses vegan suede tags, some are sew on, and some are screw on. I believe she also accepts custom designs.
I’ve purchased the mini and large, rivet style tags, in the colors Latte and Caramel. They’re attached with Chicago Screws, which I purchase on Amazon. I get the 5x10mm in the color Bronze. She also makes the adorable leaves and wooden, Give Thanks tags, shown on the pumpkin below.
Savlabot offers many fun notions and printables, for all of your crochet and kitting needs! She has a blog full of free crochet and knitting projects, as well as free printables. She is based in the USA, and is great to work with. Be sure to check out the banner and announcement on top of her Etsy page, as it gives her restock dates.
