Festive Ornament Decorating & Styling Ideas
One of my favorite things about these crochet Christmas ornaments is how easy they are to personalize. Simply changing the yarn color or adding a few festive embellishments can completely transform the finished look, making each ornament feel unique.
Try decorating your ornaments with ribbon, twine, greenery, berries, floral picks, miniature pinecones, wooden beads, or small jingle bells. These simple finishing touches add texture, coordinate beautifully with your holiday décor, and make handmade ornaments feel even more special.

Easy Ornament Decorating Tips
Many of my favorite holiday embellishments come from floral picks purchased at Hobby Lobby or Michaels. I trim the individual branches with wire cutters and attach small pieces using a hot glue gun. It’s an inexpensive way to add greenery, berries, pinecones, and other festive accents without buying each item separately.

My Favorite Tag & Label Shops
I use these same suppliers throughout many of my Christmas crochet projects because they offer beautiful, high-quality tags that give handmade gifts and craft fair items a polished finish.
- Christmas & Everyday Labels: Savlabot (Vegan leather and wooden Christmas tags, along with everyday labels for year-round projects).
- Personalized & Custom Labels: Angie & Britt (Ultrasuede labels, personalized logo tags, and festive seasonal designs.)
- Wooden & Specialty Labels: Grain Deep (Engraved wooden tags and unique seasonal designs with USA and Canada shipping.)
