Embellishments & Wooden Tags

One of the most enjoyable parts of making pumpkins, witch hats, wreaths, and garlands is adding those extra details that make each piece unique.

Think faux florals, leaves, greenery, and ribbons. You can get creative with what you already have at home, or browse your local craft store and pick up whatever catches your eye.

Each of the 16 patterns below includes suggestions for embellishments, but some of my personal favorites are seasonal floral picks, ribbon, and greenery. You can take the larger picks and easily trim them down with wire cutters, and the smaller flowers and leaves can be attached with a dab of hot glue.
